He holds patents in the 'Energy Island' concept developed for the International OTEC Association, and an offshore platform that generates renewable energy.
This singular edifice blends stunning interior and exterior aesthetics with his cumulative expertise in creating world class passive energy efficiency. His innovative design is evident throughout the Villa, from its airflow engineering, ensuring the large open areas are constantly fresh and cool in summer and warm in cooler months. The entire structure is constructed of rare limestone block, 50x cm in depth, from Les Baux-de-Provence. Unseen however, is the Villa’s additional interior buttressing-wall dramatically fortifying structural integrity, as well as ensuring a congenial year-round environment. In this manner, the Villa’s vast spaces enjoy exceptional comfort year round. Central climatization is provided by alternate systems. In this way the most efficient and comfortable mix is selectable year round, although it’s natural passive energy system renders environmental systems superfluous throughout much of the year.
